By signing up you are opting in to receive marketing communications from NRG Live Limited by email and SMS. We send these only where you have given consent, and every message includes an easy way to opt out. Marketing emails include our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and we do not send marketing text messages without your express consent. Using the opt-out in any message unsubscribes you automatically and immediately, so you do not need to contact us separately.

Double opt-in

When you sign up we send a confirmation email to the address you provide. Your registration is only completed, and we only add you to our marketing list, once you click the confirmation link in that email. This protects you against anyone signing you up without your knowledge.

Local show promoters

A·M·C Grassroots Energy is a UK tour delivered with a local promoter at each venue. If you sign up for, or buy tickets to, a particular show, your details for that show may be shared with the local promoter who runs it so they can send you presale, ticket and event information for that date. Where your data is processed (international transfers)

NRG Live Limited is based in the United Kingdom, so personal data you submit is processed in the UK. Some of our service providers (for example Meta and TikTok) may also process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we continue to respect your choice.
